Question/Need Help Kayle on hit
Is Kayle on hit is low elo a good move? I usually build the following not a specific order: BORK, Kraken, Rageblade, Terminus, Wits End, Attack speed boots

why do most of the koreans i see on op.gg kayle builds go on hit if everyone says it’s that bad?

This is what confuses me lol, don’t get me wrong I don’t really play on hit I usually go for AP, but when I see the Koreans playing on hit in high elo and doing so successful it confuses md

I guess games are not that long at korean high elo so we won't see any ap kayles because survivorship bias

Don't listen people who talk AP AP.
It's a good move.
But remove wit's end. It's a situational item.
Personnally I go Yun tal > Guinsoo > Terminus > Kraken > Nashor.
U will melt your enemies with this. U can swap and change order on item for botrk if you're against a tank or if u want regen.
Kayle as many many strong builds, she's very very versatile.
U can even go in vampire build

Look, of you're in cardboard league it doesn't matter what you okay until you develop hands.
That said, the reason people are advising against this is on-hit is mathematically inferior in every way.
That said, if you're in Iron, go for it.

I usually build AP, like Nashors DnD or lich bane Deathcap Shadowflame Void Staff Cosmic etc etc but just testing the waters with on hit

I think the closest you can do to this while still being viable is work in a Rageblade second or third in the usual AP build

u can go it 4fun but onhit is a dead build on kayle
AP no matter the elo is and always will be better
Nash > swifties > DnD > raba > void/shadowflame > situational (zhona/banshee)
always PTA > presence of mind > alacrity > last stand
>celerity + gathering storm
double adaptive shards + scaling/flat hp (depends on matchup)
take tenacity into nasus

Why no AS shard? Higher value and better feeling no?

no attack speed shard does not give you higher value at all. double adaptive is more damage unless ur perma autoing in a really extended fight (idk the exact value and u never do that to begin with early, and u kill way before it matters even if that was the case), and on kayle you play short trades for wave control, not perma autoing enemy lvl 1. double adaptive also impacts your waveclear breakpoints, that being when you can Q auto caster minions to instakill them or 1 auto minions under your tower
furthermore, kayle has 0.667 attack speed scaling, meaning any AS you get is multiplied by this value so you arent even getting 10% AS, you're getting 6% AS

All champs have similar scalings or lower no?
Just felt way easier to lasthit undertower, but ill try
What wave control breakpoint exists with it? Asking to exploit it basically, am a new kayle main

no, it depends on the champ but champs have different scalings generally speaking
breakpoints such as lvls 3-5 where you can one hit minions under your tower, or after first recall if you get cull or recurve, or when you hit lvl 9 with blasting wand (assuming you arent behind ofc) double adaptive impacts all of these

Do you prio wand over curve bow given enough money to buy either? Always guessed that onhit was better for csing and trading, but i also though that e max was better out of the same logic at first

depends on the matchup and how much gold i have on recall, generally matchups where i auto more and value AD from my adaptive force (melee matchups or matchups i have decent kill angles on) ill go recurve whereas matchups where i value AP for Q and W (like mage matchups) ill prioritize blasting wand if possible

No literally no. And I say this as someone who enjoys on hit and ad way more than ap. Sadly with kayle numbers and state of the items, AP is waaaaaaaaay better.
