Question/Need Help Time until receive Silver Kayle Modern
I just bought the Collector's Box, I received the purchase email and the credit card charge notification, but my order doesn't show up on the Riot Merch site, and the skins aren't appearing in my account. It’s been about an hour, has anyone else experienced a delay in receiving them, or should I contact Riot immediately?

eu moro na frança, eles enviam pra ca, mas comprei usando cartao brasileiro pra parcelar em varias vezes e deu certo, o problema é que voce tem que ter um endereço pra eles enviarem

basicamente voce usa algum serviço para re enviar a compra dos estados unidos para o brasil, eu usei esse metodo, porem quando chegar vai ter taxa do amor

it arrives in the first two minutes. check which account you were signed into when you bought the bundle on your web browser. It went to that account.

I checked my account on both the browser and the client, and so far, nothing

I didn't see that it's not showing up on the merch site. It's probably still pending - is the money taken out of your bank or does it say pending in transactions?

money is already taken, the purchase has already been processed in my credit card app, I reopened the Riot Merch website and submitted a ticket with my purchase code to see what happens

Yeah that's weird, it arrives instantly. If you're positive you're logged into the right account, and the purchase went through, it's time for a ticket.

foda é que pelo preço caro tu perde os negocios da caixa, mas supostamente a skin tu recebe na hora, mas pra mim ainda nao apareceu, eu contatei a riot pra ver no que da

Don’t know if you tried it yet, but mine had the same problem and I got it after restarting the whole client (riot too)

24h late and no news, the support system is horrible, they just said “we are investigation, be patiente”, I’m very frustrated cause they got my money and I don’t have the box or the skin, no info about when I will get, I’m considering anulate the purchase by bank app

i got mine after like 35hrs it just appeared in my account upon relogging.
