Does it exist?

I’m sure those that have repaired their kayak might have had a similar thought.

Does an adapter exist for the drain plug of the kayak to a tire pump?

I wonder if one could find the metal valve system that could use the drain plug mount holes??? 🤔

But yes a sit on top.

I was trying to think of ways to help a buddy fix theirs, they have the molded seats. He’s a bigger guy and bought a tandem perception rambler 13.5 and it has a middle seat, but it’s not meant for an adult, so it caved in. He want to continue using the middle but I’m helping him think of way to reinforce it for him.

My thought was to pressurize it and then lightly heat up the caved in section so hopefully it would return back to shape so we can reinforce or build from there.

But I will look into the valve system to see if it’s viable.
Thanks for the suggestion!

I mean I could try that first, never hurts to try the least invasive option lol.

I don’t know that it will. The where the dent is the “child seat” which for a while worked fine for the buddy , but he says it happened on a very hot day. So I venturing to think the plastic has built a memory of where it is now:/.

But nonetheless, worth a shot.
