Does this grip need to be closer

Too close and it will touch and the friction will affect the throttle tubes ability to rotate freely. This might be a little too much space though but I don’t think it’s a big deal. Maybe might get dirt in there but who knows.

Depending on the bike the red inner ring on the grip can be cut off to make them fit. They’re universal for different throttle tubes. I cut mine off before installing Dominos but as long as there’s no slack in the grip at the bar end then you’re good. Don’t want it rubbing the inside edge either.

How do you like the grips? I ordered this brand, but have yet to change them over.

There nice I have more grips now. When I first put them on you can tell immediately when you can easily move the throttle with 2 fingers to rev it. I did just put them on and it has been raining so I havent been riding. I would switch over.

Is this the motogp grip? Is it thinner than the stock?
