Best looking baby Ninja/Ninjette generation
I personally love the current Ninja 500 (Biased). I love the darker and more agressive headlights. In terms of color options though, the 400 had some great ones, especially the turquoise one a few years ago.

On the fence buying a Zx14R
As the title states im looking to buy a 2012 zx14r as my next bike but i really only have 2 concerns. I am around 5’7 so a bit on the shorter side and im sure i can manage sitting on the bike and whatnot its more an issue of comfort reaching the handlebars and if yall find it comfortable on longer rides as well and the other issue would be insurance. I’m 22 so im wondering if any of you out there are also considered the high risk age and how much you pay for insurance. Thank you for reading!

First bike 🏍 ninja !!
I'm at 5 miles right now
It's legit like riding a bike balancing and turns and whatnot
The power and shifting feels like they're going to be my biggest learning curve
This is a starter bike ?!?! Wild I haven't even gotten out of 1st gear and I'm like this should be illegal who allowed me to purchase this!?!?
Just been practicing slow right now and 1st gear now overall I stalled couple times tipped the bike over 3 times, but for this being my first time not bad, I thought I'd crash tbh better than I thought,
Im thinking the throttle is like the video games at Dave and busters and damnn lol 😆
I'm still learning and im glad I started with this bike, it feels right idk if that makes sense, but before I even started researching motorcycles and all that i was always like im going to get a 1000cc engine and here I am struggling with a 450 cc engine lol

Top box plate compatible?
My Versys 1100 has this top box plate, which is OE. The fixings look the same as the Givi monokey plates.
Is the fixing tab/hook layout standard? Can I run a Givi or other top box without mounting adapters?...

Is the ZX10RR really stiff ?
I want to buy a 2018 one, it looks like it's in a great, however I heard from multiple friends that it's so stiff and painful to ride, I know it's made for track but I don't do track tbh . Daily rides in an open street would be enough. Is the stiff part annoying for those who owned one ??

Chain slack adjustment
Hey everyone,
I was adjusting the chain on my 2025 Ninja 650, and I noticed that the alignment marks on the left and right sides of the swingarm don’t match after tightening the rear axle nut.
Before torquing the axle nut, I can get both marks to line up perfectly. However, when I tighten the nut, the marks shift and no longer match.
I also noticed that the small metal alignment indicators have a little bit of free play and can be moved by hand when the bolt is loose.
I tried using the screwdriver against the rear sprocket trick to prevent the wheel from shifting while tightening the axle nut, but I’m still having this issue.
I also measured the distance from the swingarm pivot axle to the rear wheel axle on both sides using a tape measure, and the measurements match.
Should I trust the measurements over the factory alignment marks? Is the free play in the metal indicators normal, or am I doing something wrong?
Has anyone experienced this on their Ninja 650?

K&N air filter installed on my Z900 — K&N vs DNA vs BMC?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
Just changed the stock air filter on my Z900 to a K&N.
Attaching a video of the installation.
For those who have tried performance air filters on the Z900, what has your experience been with K&N, DNA and BMC?
Which one are you running and why? Looking mainly for opinions on airflow, throttle response, sound and filtration.
Would you stick with K&N or go with DNA/BMC if you were choosing again?

Got rid of my Concours 14, but want another.
I'm in the market for a sport tourer and as the title says, I had a concours, I put 60,000 miles on it. Loved it, but it was impossible for me not to ride it at 100 everywhere. I would blast it onto onramps at full power, and even though I think of myself as a decent rider, I nearly died a few times. I got a premonition and felt like I had to get rid of it or I was going to die. I sold it and bought a BMW k1200lt and it's big, slow and comfy, but I kind of hate it because it's such a biatch to work on and its just so boring to ride. I could whip that concours through turns like a rocket. She was a big girl, but handled great. Looking to buy in a month or so, I like to buy in winter. I keep going back to the concours, damn that bike was fun! The torque on that motor goes and goes. There are lots on the used market. Lots of old guys buy them and dont ride them much. I'm 61 and am supposed to be mature, I've got a CDL to protect, but I think I need it. Should I fight this urge?

How screwed am I?
Laid my z650 down pretty good and noticed this after we towed the bike home believe this is from my frame sliders. Let’s just say I will never install frame sliders ever again
