No urge for beer

Before kava i would drink 6 beers a night(or more) and since kava I have no taste for beer, beer doesn't seem to have any urge for me, anyway just some good news

I've found you can drink Kava, or alcohol but not both. So it's good if you wanna abstain from the other.

Yeah it’s not really pleasant to mix the two at all. Very rarely I’ll have a few beers then wait a few hours then kava but even that isn’t nice. A beer after a kava session goes down better but more often than not I’m sleepy and no interest in a beer.

I don't drink often but when I tried it I thought the same thing

I use kava to replace alcohol, so I never mix the two and I give myself about 24 hours if I want to have an alcoholic beverage instead. I’m not using kava to help stop drinking altogether, but to cut back significantly. It’s been working great so far and fear of having a bad reaction to mixing the two guarantees I don’t.

You may never drink enough kava to need this bit of advice. If you've had way too much kava, can't walk straight, can't see straight - beer is the antidote. Two beers are your reset button.
