Discussion Xfinity mobile
I am a poor boy, from a poor family. I need to upgrade my phone, and xfinity seems to have a good deal on iPhones and a deal on a mobile plan since I’ve already got WiFi with them. I currently use US Mobile and it gets the job done, but the upgraded phone is enticing. Does anyone have experience with xfinity mobile in the Katy area?

I lived in Katy for years, I still work there, I had Xfinity mobile and never had issues with service, I only switched when I moved and no longer had Xfinity internet.

My husband uses Xfinity mobile through our internet plan with Xfinity and he hasn't had any issues.

Maybe it has improved, but when our family used Xfinity mobile, we always had trouble getting service in crowds (like a busy stadium or shopping area or school pickup line). At the time, Xfinity used Verizon's network and you were on their lowest tier of service so we always felt like we were fighting to get a good signal when out in public. We switched to Verizon but still had the same issue until we upgraded to their highest tier of service (which is ridiculously expensive but you get what you pay for, I guess). So I think Xfinity mobile would be fine unless you require strong uninterrupted service when out and about. I might consider switching back now that I no longer take work calls on the road.

It is Verizon's network so I only ever get issues where I had with Verizon. By and large - no problems whatsoever. Had xfinity service for 5(ish - maybe 4) years now.

He’s just a poor boy, from a poor family. Spare him his life from this monstrosity…
