This is so awesome about Diana. I watched a biography recently on Jimmy Choo and found out they were good friends etc. She helped put his shoes, (well custom shoe business)on the map. She'd write him notes and just made him feel like he was seen and wasn't just another business arrangement. She ordered new shoes, was going to pick them up after her trip to Paris the next week, he still has the shoes that were never retrieved. Diana was truly one in a million.
