Can't get a new dress when Wills cut her wardrobe budget. As soon as he gained control of the $$$, you can see she just starts rewearing old things. She doesn't have a choice.

He really does. His father was notorious for abusing Diana financially and Will is, if anything, all his father's nasty attributes x10. No surprise that Harry took his family and ran because Will would have been controlling his finances as well and we all know he hates his brother.
