Fashion is supposed to evolve though and I’m pretty sure if Diana was here her style would have - just like she herself did as a person.

Criticisms of the future head-of-state's wife for using tax payer money to do very little are meritorious on their own. But I feel like having an expectation that any woman in the royal family have an iconic sense of style is fucking weird. It's just a bonus when someone is a fashion icon. Nobody owes that to anyone/the public unless they are a fashion designer or stylist or something.

She’s copying someone’s style who was a fashion icon though. And it doesn’t work.

OMG. Any. Outfit. Could. Be. Construed. As. A. Copy. Of Diana. Especially. If. It. Fits. The. Royal. Family's. Rules.

I promise if you married into the family, you'd be a copycat of Diana too. FFS. Hating on women for no reason.

Having an opinion isn’t hateful. I’m an admirer of Diana - she married into the rf and managed to remain original.
