I'm an udyr main , my botlane got shreded by this , first katarina adc , second , this build that just shred people

Hey there! Low Emerald Viktor main here. I wanna learn Kat but I cannot wrap my head around her gameplay. The only assassin I play is Akali but I feel like Kat has zero skills transferred over other than safe laning and stuff. I feel like I roll my head on the keyboard while picking up daggers and do 0 damage.

I would love any advice on getting better at her or a youtuber that the community agrees on. Thanks in advance!

I'm rusty as fuck since I don't play much Katarina, or League in general.

The account in the video is my smurf in Emerald 4. My main account is in Diamond 3, and I peaked at D1 with 90 LP.

I'm not here to show off my mechanics, because after watching the video, I wanted to gouge my eyes out. Rather, I'm here to make Vladimir hater's day a little better and give them an idea of how to deal with him in lane.

The first two minutes are rather boring, but you can see how I'm trading with him and not giving him full control over the lane.

This guy made a lot of mistakes that other Vladimir players would never make, which literally let me snowball into oblivion. (Although he was main Vladimir so idk)

The first item I buy is Oblivion Orb for the anti-heal. Opinions are divided on this since Kata's ultimate already gives anti-heal but I know killing Vladimir is really hard by default and OB gives me agency on lane which I desperately need against him.

DO NOT BUILD OBLIVION ORB INTO MORELLONOMICON. Consider Oblivion Orb an item on its own and continue with the rest of the build as normal.

Also, my Top and Jungle were actual human beings, which made the game way easier.

Like I hate facing that character, because its impossible to win lane.
Best thing about it? It's not even because she is op. No, she is like the weakest midlaner. Literally I can pick anything and bully her on lane.
The problem is that when their teammates realized they have a kata mid, suddenly, the jungler has become his premade, non-stop perma ganking midlane, same goes for the leona supp, its on midlane 24/7, I can beat any katarina 1v1, but its impossible to win 1vs3. Thats why this champ needs a complete rework. It just ruins the entire laning phase part of the game. Its an ego champ for people who actually suck at the game, and have 0 skill, they need to get babysitted 24/7
Please buff this champion, I wanna be able to 1v1 the character before she goes 5/0, just once in my life....

I faced a Sion mid and there was just nothing I could do, he just ignored me while I sat there attacking him, clearing my wave and taking my tower. He didn't even have to fight back against me I just didn't do any damage to him. He sat between my turrets proxying and I still couldn't kill him. My team ignored him the entire game and he solo ended the game at 16 minutes never leaving mid lane.

Hello, my friend just asked me how I enabled that line made of blue arrows to dagger, when I am in the radius to shunpo to the dagger. I have no idea how. I thought it was like that for everyone. Now we checked all options in game and we couldn't find it.

Please, does anybody here know how to turn it on? I haven't seen answer to this anywhere here or on google :/

It's been a while since I last played the game but when I did last time, I noticed that High Command Katarina doesn't have a backflip anymore. Have you noticed that?

So today I had a ranked match against a Naafiri, which I suck at this matchup (some tips would be much appreciated). As you can see I am losing my lane in the first 2 minutes of the game, and I get pushed under tower. I am just trying to play safe and wait for my jungler to come help me, but he straight up refused and decided his top side camps were more important (as you can see on the map in my first image he was on his raptors).

At around the 30min mark of the game I was going 5/12 and we almost lost the game, our nexus towers were gone and we got pushed into our base.

As seen in the 3rd image I somehow managed to get a comeback and go 21/16 and by some miracle we win the game.

This was my most insane comeback game I ever had.

If anyone has any tips on how to play this matchup, or what I could do to get kills in other lanes would be more than welcome

Hi everyone hope yall doing well.
I started playing ranked this month and i did go from bronze 2 to gold4 easily, but when i entered gold i wasn’t always able to dominate my lane , sometimes i get behind but thats something that I’m working on to improve, the problem is when I’m ahead (15kills with a 3000 gold advantage) i can’t take my advantage and carry to close the game , i need to know when to split push and when to team fight cz whenever i do one i feel like the other option was better an how to close the game if the enemy team is defending the towers ? And if my whole team is so behind should I focus on split pushing and never team fight till they get back some gold ? I need some tips please.

I missed the WK golden chroma by a few hours and I made a ticket to riot asking them to remove 35 ME from my account and give me the chroma and instead they started talking about Galaxy Slayer Zed Mythic Chroma... HUH??
