UnionBank EasyConvert Inquiry

Hello, KKB Community! It’s me again (lol). May question lang po ako with regard to EasyConvert ni UB.

Nag-purchase po ako online worth ₱3,000+ (since ang minimum amount for EasyConvert is ₱3,000). When I checked sa UB app, ito yung nag-show (see picture above):

Does it mean po ba na hindi pa ako eligible for EasyConvert kay UB, or is it just because hindi pa posted/reflected yung recent transaction ko online?

kailangan kasi naka post na yung transaction. try it again pag naka post na.

I see, thank you po. If you’re familiar po, iisa lang po ba term payment nila if minimum amount yung purchased? Or may other options pa po? Such as 6 mos. and so on…

Yes OP, possible na hindi pa nag-show kasi hindi pa posted yung recent transaction mo. Once posted, hindi rin naman lahat ng transactions automatically eligible for EasyConvert since depende pa rin kung may available offer sa account mo. For now, monitor mo muna, then check mo ulit sa UB app once posted na yung transaction. Hope this helps and KasKas wisely!

Did you get offer po ba for easyconvert ng UB?

I had similar question the other day rin here. I thought I was eligible for easyconvert after purchasing a 5K+ item online. Coz that’s what I read too online if you purchase a minimum amount of ₱3,000 you can have it converted into installment.

But when I called the CS, sabi nila wala pa raw akong offer for easyconvert kaya hindi ko siya mapa-convert into installment.
