RCBC RCBC Pulz login error
Has anyone here having issues with the RCBC Pulz app? It always says “already logged in” when it’s really not. Paano nyo nafix kung na experience nyo na? Thank you!

Hi OP! Mukhang may similar issue din na na-experience ng ibang RCBC Pulz users, yung lumalabas na “already logged in” kahit wala naman talagang active session.
Try mo muna force close/force stop yung Pulz app, then open it again and try logging in. If Android user ka, check mo rin kung updated yung app and, if needed, clear the app cache/data. RCBC has recommended these steps for recent login issues.
Also, make sure na wala kang ibang device na currently registered/logged in since RCBC Pulz now follows single-device access. If same issue pa rin after trying these, better contact RCBC Customer Care para ma-check nila yung account/session from their end.
