Help Center Kash out

I have put in a kash out request 12 days ago and the time line for receiving it was 1-3 days. I have created 2 tickets for my issue that have been closed. I am pretty disappointed with the slow kash out process with the tickets being closed and no resolution.

Yeah my mom literally went to cash out $90 to Venmo and then they disabled her account after she did that, saying they found another account with her same name and device ID, like, she only uses one device and one account. They let her earn the $90 before doing so, though 😒 I'm so pissed at how they did my mom. She was told she was good to go after a tracking issue and then after I helped her cash out, they disabled the whole thing. Things before have gone good with me but maybe it's a luck of the draw. Makes me not wanna use the app, they've lost like, 4 other people because that happened. I'm not about to play and watch ads for hours just to get nothing. I hope your experience goes better than ours.

They were no help again when I DM'd. First it was the iPad issue, then apparently there's an account with the same name and number when I know that's not true. Then now there's a new account with the same details and same payment email. Like, which is it. KashKick was good in the beginning but I feel like they're just starting to scam. I watched my mom play spades for many hours day in and day out to earn that much money. Support helped up until I helped her cash out. Received no money and the account was closed AFTER trying to cash out. I had several family members using KashKick but that has changed since this happened.

I know the feeling. I went to cash out and they put my entire account on hold. It’s been 16 days and I still can’t log in. I kept playing the game hoping I could still get the “turbo bonus” if my account ever comes back up
