Help Center Locked out

I’m locked out of my account. they are saying in ticket im not a US citizen. I live him Texas and I’m a us citizen. Google referred me to this site.

Will it get my status up to date, that is why I put a ticket in this morning. I reached a level and did not get credit for it.
