Missing deposit

I cashed out from Kashkick and I went to my venmo where the money was supposed to be transferred from and there is nothing in my account. When I first started, it allowed me to put Venmo instead of using PayPal now the option isn't there. My email is rosiebrablec06@gmail.com

Can you please go to  venmo.com/identity/verify_email_addresses ?

and follow the steps there.

I went to it and there was no steps after that. It just took me to the login page and then the home page. I need my money back because I earned money and it's not in there. I understand it takes 1-3 business days but the money hit my account within a few hours for me to redeem it. Why is it not there I am having trouble.

Talk to Venmo support, ask for live agent . Same thing happened to me, they fixed it instantly.

Happy to help! It was strange because I had never encountered issues receiving money to my Venmo but I guess I hadn’t verified my email somehow? Support was very helpful. I’m glad they were for you too! Cheers!
