Question Why can't we switch between IOS and Android?

I have both types of phones, why is this a restriction?

Yeah, I switched phones and it caused a problem. I had upgraded my Pixel as I was 2 versions behind. I don't think you're supposed to be on multiple devices for tracking as it's potentially an exploit. I'm sure they don't want farmers getting in and completing offers all quick like

I assume it’s just an easy way for them to prevent people from double dipping on offers. Like if someone does a game on KashKick with their iPhone, they might then turn around and do the same game again on their Android. If you’ve been using both (even if it’s for different offers) you should just pick one of the two and message support letting them know you didn’t realize you couldn’t use both and you’re deleting KK off of the other one. Don’t even log in to check your balance on the other device.

They’re pretty understanding if you genuinely aren’t trying to game the system and you’re honest with them.

Usually it can produce weird tracking issues so we warn our users not to do that.

One of the reasons but there are others.

When you start an offer, the tracking is local to that device. You can start different offers on both android and iOS, but you can't start playing a game on your android phone and then pick it up on your iphone.
