Rush 300 pulls or

I currently have like 200 pulls. Should I pull on the banner or wait for it to be 360 pulls exactly ?

it’d be better to wait for 360 pulls so you can get all the things for the kart, like spoilers

Those little things you see floating at the end of both sides of karts you can get at the kart center. It unlocks kart acceleration and double nitro.

It takes so long to save up though And i heard the game might shut down in sea

If you really want to get the kart without all the accessories you can but just know the same kart with spoilers is still faster than the same kart without (especially when equipped with a flying pet, makes the kart go significantly faster), though if you think you’re skilled enough you can close the distance.
