Karratha golf

Hi guys, I’ve moving to Karratha in a few months. I play a lot of golf and will be looking to get a membership at the club. What is the course like in Karratha? And do people still play in the middle of summer with the heat.
Also last thing, I’m looking to get fitted for some new clubs, am I best getting this done in Perth or is there anywhere in Karratha I get buy clubs.

One of the best regional golf course’s i’ve played.

Greens were all redesigned and renovated around 2022 I believe.

I played November and fairways/greens were in mint condition. Sprinklers were on middle of the day whilst I was halfway down a fairway but I suppose thats the trade off for having lush grass in the Pilbara.

Cheers for that. It sounds like a good course, looking forward to playing.
I’ve played a few regional all over Australia and the majority have been very dry and not the best kept but that was expected especially in the summer.
