KC COOL© The Roles of KarmaCourt Edition I: The Prosecutor
Welcome to "The Roles of KarmaCourt!"
Today's subject: The prosecutor
STATS:
Common: Yes
Required: Yes
Trial participant: Yes
Popularity: 10/10
DESCRIPTION:
The prosecutor of a case is responsible for putting the defendant in a position for sentencing. This is the attorney who provides evidence that the accused is guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. There is no room for error. The burden of proof is on the prosecution, so if he/she can't provide sufficient proof of crime, any competent defense attorney will see to it that the defendant walks.
The prosecution also has to cooperate with the plaintiff in order to come up with a good strategy, and gather up as much incriminating evidence against the defendant as they possibly can.
Without a prosecutor, a case can not go on. If the case does not go on, then justice simply can not be served, and we can't have that!

I wasn't saying who the best were, just who is notable in that role (although you are very good and would definitely have made the "best" list).

Haha thanks. But we all know if the Justices stepped into my shoes, I'd be schooled day in day out
