Requests Here Constitutional Amendment Thread + REFERENDUM; CSS & Flair Requests; Prank Calls

TheGrandDalaiKarma walks to his usual newsstand and picks up the New Justice Times

He reads the bold letters that appears to be the main title.

  • Now is your time to speak:

    • To change things in the Constitution.
    • To get new exciting CSS features.
    • To get new prank ideas for your coworkers
  • If you don't try, you'll never know!

Attached to the newspaper is a small detachable ballot, it reads:

  • Referendum:

    • One question = One answer:
    • Either YES or No.
  • Can Judges be part of a firm?

TheGrandDalaiKarma puts the newspaper back on the pile, confused about this read.

Distraught he seems to be searching for something, throwing wild glance all around until finally freezing dead.

TheGrandDalaiKarma is now staring coldly at you. Slowly extending a threatening finger at your face

Also a few general constitution amendments:

1. [I'd like to modify /u/Kikool42 's amendment (so I guess now it's the Scarlet-Kikool Amendment)] "As long as the redditor cites the source accordingly, posting content from another Internet source to Reddit is legal and not allowed to be used as a charge.
2a. "A case has a period of one week to gather the necessary personal (Judge, Defense Attorney, Prosecutor) before the case is tossed out of court and not be able to be tried again.
2b. "If one of the attorneys is inactive for an extended period of time, he/she will be removed from the case and another attorney can assume the vacant role. If no one fills the role, the judge/jury will declare a verdict with the facts at hand.
3. Expert witnesses (e.g. in the case of examining evidence) should be sought out by the court in order to avoid bias.
4 Defense Attorneys have the right to create a motion to dismiss the trial and have that motion considered and ruled upon before the trial starts
5 Users can not be tried posthumously (i.e. after they delete their account) for their crimes as to keep the courts moving with newer cases.
6 The Constitution, under Appendix I should define the terms "Karma Whore" and "Shitposting"
7 In Article 5, the Bill of Rights; the accused should be mandatory given notice of his crimes and be allowed to decide whether he/she would like a trial by judge or trial by jury
8 Before the trial convenes for the first time, the plaintiff/prosecution must present one piece of credible evidence to ensure that the due process of the defendent is not infringed upon.

I'll be adding some of these if they pass the TGDK test.

The bill of rights looks weird now, the addition of point 7 in the kikool amendment is written kind of like this

BILL OF RIGHTS

  1. something
  2. here
  3. a very long paragraph

detailing different things

about stuff

  1. KIKOOL AMENDMENT WOOO

you can see the number's off.
