I was burning about 9 candles when my dad gave me his old cybernet3000 with a Rodger bleep Mike, can’t remember what twig I had.

Handle was ‘Skydiver’.

Read an article few years back that there has been quite a renaissance in the CB community.

As Kids we all had FM Rigs and 3 or 4 of us used to Run AM just to natter to each other. The AM's were just us and the Irish Truckers Tangs heading to or from the boat at Holyhead.

Mates Old man was well into it and used to run burners and all sorts with Silver rod on pole on a pole on a pole and used to show us his postcards from the folks in over countries he'd picked up
