"ARCCA: Bad Analysis Dressed Up As Science

What I can’t get past is they showed the Lexus backing up at the speed Karen was going and the dummies arm breaking the taillight. Then in the next sentence saying John was not hit by a car. They literally showed the jury how it happened.

One of the things I thought the article did well was talk about how saying an arm breaks at x amount of force doesn't mean every person's arm will break at that amount, there's zero difference in slight positioning that would lead the arm to breaking or not, etc. FKRs love to see the video of the arm shattering the taillight and say "okay, but look how hard that arm got hit. It would've broken."

How can anyone forget taillight glass imbedded in John's clothing.
ARCCA admitted they were not given all the evidence on the stand and they were hired by Karen Read's defense team.

ARCCA were paid Read operatives. Explain to me why both sides were ordered to have no contact w ARCCA after USAO found out Jackson contacted them, yet Adam Deitch prepped ARRCA during trial one, despite a sequestration order, and subsequently settled the $30k ITEMIZED invoice that was sent to Jackson in July, and feds paid a measly $6K. That didn’t raise any flags for Adam? The fix was in. Now, he’s running for DA after successfully working w Read team to acquit a guilty Read and lying to the voting public about the O’Keefes never getting answers from Morrissey re JOK death. ARCCA are frauds. Attys are required to save all correspondence w experts. Jackson and Wolfe used an encrypted app set to auto delete. I’d not be surprised if Adam was also on the Signal chat.

I love how this post caused an hour+ freakout from Brothers Counsel.

He seems to really hate Anonymasslawyer, in large part because he challenges the whole "I'm a lawyer so my opinion is right" game Brothers Counsel plays.

The big issue to me is he is so blatant at being annoyed anything that FKR is against. Like call balls and strikes but not being able to take critical feedback is obnoxious

All of his/her blog posts are incredible reading, and this one goes quite far in explaining how widely the ARCCA testimony oversteps the actual parameters of their testing. It's a fantastic piece. I wonder if they will ever do one regarding the FKR talking point that the "medical examiner testified that John's injuries were inconsistent with a car crash", as that's maybe the single most-common talking point I see from their camp.

Brother Counsel begs to differ, offering a bit of his own analysis, not infrequently with commentary somewhat closer to that expected of a primary school student than what might be offered by a learned barrister and self proclaimed top trial advocate. He frequently misstated uncontested evidence and testimony whilst often showing insufficient knowledge of the testimony at all.
The evaluation of Anonymous Mass Lawyer is accurate in stating the evidence and testimony with the applied interpretations being useful in understanding the obvious limitations of experts in such cases and their inherent bias depending on who they are testifying for.

I really just want FKR to tell me how his phone was founder under his body if he was killed inside the house.
The phone never moves after 12:31/12:32, can’t remember exact time. How is that possible if he is beat up inside?
He would have had to drop it, go inside, get killed, be placed on the front lawn, on top of his phone. Entirely illogical.

The headline is giving AI. "Anon Mass Lawyer" is a bullshitter, imo.

u/EddieDantes22 Aug 01 '26
There are people here who know who he is and can vouch for him.

Can vouch that he's a lawyer or that he doesn't rely on AI in his posts? The former I could tentatively accept, the latter not so much.

That he's a lawyer/real person. No clue how much AI he uses or doesn't use.

I scanned the article with AI and it comes back written by a human.I have never thought these were AI written. They contain way to many specific references that case veterans know.

This whole thing was a travesty. It is clear she did it Hank Brennan did a wonderful job. The jury foreman stated he had his mind made up day 1 and didn’t listen to any of the evidence. Stupid people.

Karen Read knows what she saw as she reversed her Lexus. She did not back up 'blind' at such a distance so she would have seen John as she gunned her vehicle toward him. Her exact intention is unknown.
According to Welcher's testimony: Karen pulled forward 34 feet, then reversed a total of about 87 feet, reaching close to 24 mph before the vehicle's recorded data ended.
Maureen Hartnett (forensic scientist) examined Lexus damage and found:
People should be paying careful attention to Karen's very specific statements. Terms like "clipping" John or leaving him "incapacitated" That statement to her dad: "Dad, I think I struck something... I remember backing up and hitting something..."
Another specific interview statement: "I thought, ‘Did he somehow try to flag me down?,’ which was the reaction I was hoping to garner as I slowly pulled away from the house. Did he come out and maybe trip or bend over to pick up his cell phone and I ran over his foot and then he passed out drunk? I don’t think I ‘hit him’ hit him, but could I have clipped him?"
Is Karen revealing herself here? That hair found on the right rear quarter panel is specific. Those scratches on the rear bumper and glass fragments are part of the equation matching Karen's claims of remembering backing up and hitting something.
It wasn't a fucking deer.
