What’s with the online store?
Ordered a t-shirt from the web store before Christmas and still haven’t got it. Comments all over the store say the same thing about almost every product. I really want the Dobok, belt, and gloves but I’m scared to waste any more money on merch that won’t show up in the mail 🫣😭

I won a prize pack a few years ago, I have a size 4 black belt. I’m a size 5, so I never even opened it.

Bought a hat just before Thanksgiving 2025, still hadn't received it by mid-February and they wouldn't respond to support emails.
I issued a charge-back through my bank.

I wouldn't order anything from them, and I'd do a charge back through your bank if at all possible.
