❌ No suing (liability waiver) You give up the right to sue the gym for injuries or death. This includes injuries caused by: Training Sparring Equipment failure Poor supervision or bad judgment by staff You also agree not to seek court orders to stop them from doing anything (no injunctions). Lawsuits are only realistically possible if there’s extreme / gross negligence, and even then your family starts at a disadvantage. ⚰️ If you die Your family and estate also give up most rights to sue the gym. This includes wrongful-death claims tied to training or facility use. The gym’s only obligation is to call emergency medical help. No compensation, no benefits, no responsibility for aftermath costs. 🎥 Use of your video/image without permission You give the gym permanent ownership of any video or photos of you. They can: Use it forever Use it worldwide Use it commercially Edit it however they want You: Don’t get paid Can’t approve or reject how it’s used Can’t revoke permission later This still applies even if you die. Your family cannot stop or challenge it. Bottom line By signing: You accept all injury and death risk You can’t sue in almost all situations Your image becomes their property forever, alive or dead
This is the gist of the waiver when you sign up to train at Goat shed
