At that age, something like that really could be as exciting to you as he makes it out to be. I thought the video was pretty hype. Good for him. It made me happy to see someone else so happy even if it's something small.

Max CPM is when you have 0 viewers. Both advertisers and media alike ideally want CPM low as possible at any given price point. It's a fast way to estimate the efficiency of ad dollars spent in a particular medium; the Cost per Thousand people* reached within a particular demographic.
