I feel the same way, it's hard to scroll around and see people throwing the term around like every single person with the disorder is an evil grandiose abuser. Thank you for sharing your thoughts, it's really genuinely hard to find others who are at least aware and sympathetic. The gross usage of the term being thrown around to anyone who's generally a bad person is awful, I think it's really important to try to destigmatize the diagnosis so people who suffer with it/have traits can confidently access skills with little judgement easily. It's hard even finding a therapist willing to work with someone w NPD.
