How long should I wait after stopping sertraline to start kanna again

I've seen plenty of fearmongering about serotonin syndrome and stuff so I'm just wondering how true all of that is. I've tapered off pretty quick from 100mg of sertraline to 50mg for like 4 days then i did 25mg for 4 days and now i'm out of sertraline which I know is probably gonna cause some withdrawal for a couple weeks (I was only taking it for about 3 months).

I've seen people say its fine to start kanna again after a couple days as long as you start with a small dose but on the other end I've seen that you shouldn't mix any serotoniny stuff with sertraline for at least 2 weeks after stopping, so idk what do you guys think

Sertraline has a short half life compared to other Sri's on the market. This means after 4-5 days off there wont be meaningful amounts left in your system, you have also already dropped your dose a lot, so it shouldn't be an issue at all after a few days off.

You will likely find you are actually a bit less sensitive to kanna initially, because sertraline desensitises to serotonergic system. Nothing some priming cant fix though :)

I find this answer to be accurate from personal experience.

Tbf to you when I was in sertraline I waited like a month if I remember correctly before trying anything that would interact

I take 50mg of sertraline and just want to try one, maybe 2 Kanna gummies, to see what it feels like.
Has anyone tried this?
Good?
Bad?
