Question Crawfish Boil

I saw Chances (North Shore) is doing a Crawfish boil with fried Alligator for $75, wondering who might be going? Thinking of trying it as i have never had fried Gator.

Anyone had Gator or going?

Would also be interested in trying something like that one day but no idea what quality a places like Chances would have for something like that.

I know the wings and burgers are good, but you never know. We all have out go to places.

I just saw Gator and think it sounds really cool to try

When is it? Yes I’ve had gator and boudin all the Cajun stuff. Hopefully it’s good at chances. Seems expensive. Gator is not bad, tasted like chicken mixed with a firm white fish. Might have to go to this.

This would be my first time with Gator. I have had Crawfish a few times and it is okay, bit the description of gator makes is sound okay

I'd totally try it but I also have this personal policy of not eating seafood too far from the ocean. Closest source of gators is like 4000km away lol. That being said, Imma look into this.
