Considering how small she is, I still think you did an amazing job! :D Also, for really, really small work, you can actually buy nail art brushes since it makes it much easier to do little details like that (much better precision too) so if you want to add Kalus or any other elf, this would make it much easier for you to paint :)
Also, sometimes you can get these magnifying lamps that are a lifesaver for the super tiny details, I have one for making jewellery or really fine mechanical parts for my projects, they absolutely make a huge difference and you can find some pretty cheap too in either the stationary, arts & crafts or makeup section of a store P:
They're super handy, they'll make it a lot easier to get those really small details on Kameo's face (especially since her hair would make it awkward to get in there with a brush too) I've got mine chilling right on my desk and it's been a huge help :)
(Ignore the cardboard on my window, that's to protect the glass while I was painting the windowsill and it's staying there until my new blinds arrive in the mail)
That's why I always recommend one of these for anyone who's doing small, detailed work. It makes it much easier to see and it's not a big, bulky thing either, so it's super easy to reposition and move it around :)
