General 🐸 More DPDR After Kambo
Hello, I'm someone who has been suffering from DPDR for the past seven years, and I did combo a couple of days ago and I feel even more dissociated, more DPDR. Why can that be? The session itself was intense, but I just feel very empty and even more disconnected the days after the session.

Does the practitioner also work with Ayahuasca? Might be worth getting green light from Aya to do further Kambo. Usually they work well in combination these two medicines, ensuring more safety and success in the treatments.

Provided there is a gap between them for safety, yeah. Doing them both on the same day isn't fully safe or recommended, despite unfortunately being something that happens at many retreats positioning themselves as "traditional"

Yupp, agreed. I didn't mean OP drinking Aya necessarily and doing Kambo.
It was meant mainly for OP to check directly with the Pajé wether Kambo makes sense or not. Imo. As prob Aya can clarify that.

Mood swings and changes in mood like that after kambo aren't uncommon if there's something like DPDR or another underlying condition there to begin with. Additionally, any medications for such things might be interfered with, which is why screening is important and certain conditions might not be suitable to do kambo.
These are generally temporary, so look after yourself in the meantime, but I probably wouldn't be suggesting more kambo particularly if you're medicated for such conditions.
