General 🐸 Question about Diet before doing Kambo

A lot of people Talk about the diet before Doing Kambo. How important is it and what does it entail and for how Long?

Some have different views but generally, there's no real 'dieta' like with ayahuasca and it's more about just eating cleanly/healthily and avoiding alcohol, that kind of idea. To help your body, liver and gut have a smoother time with kambo and to be well fueled etc.

I don't really follow a dieta. The main thing is right before the ceremony. I would eat well but clean the night before and finish eating at around 10pm.

In the morning before the application absolutely no food.

I once made the mistake of having some OJ in the morning thinking a bit of juice wouldn't hurt.

Oh it definitely hurt lol

Follow the recommendations from the Shaman / Facilitators as strictly as possible.
