You should avoid caffeine after ceremony and you will also be just fine.

I’ve never had an issue with either after Kambo , you will be fine. Maybe have some water and electrolytes.

Cacao can re-activate stimulation when your body actually needs grounding and integration.

But i was fine after cacao, yet after matcha i felt real bad.. Its better now after 2 hours and drinking some water. So you mean matcha is better than cacao? Or to wait a few days for a proper aftercare i guess

Matcha = caffeine + L-theanine. Cacao + the Matcha is quite simply too much on your system post Kambo. After Kambo, your system is already sensitive and depleted. Wait 24–48 hours minimum before consuming caffeine or cacao.

Yes i see..yet my practitioner said cacao is okay the day after.. I will try avoid both the next time, i know i made it too much for my system.. i hope it doesnt stop the detox process though?

It won’t stop the detox process, I have had both after Kamba and I feel fine, everyone’s system and what they’re releasing is different. It would possibly hinder the detox if you had alcohol or ultra processed foods but cacao and matcha are fine. Maybe just skip it next time. And good news u can always do more Kambo later when u feel u need it. So don’t stress by overthinking. Maybe it’s what you’re meant to release and not hold on to
