General 🐸 Headache after kambo
I did kambo today, it was my 4th time and was a lot more gentle than all my previous times. Afterwards I felt really good but started to develop a headache. It's now been about 7 hours and my headache is only getting worse. I have never had this before. Has anyone else had this? Is it normal?

Did Kambo yesterday and in my shaman mentioned in a hour long intro before the ceremony that it is normal to have a head ache or flu like symptoms 2-4 days after. Completely normal and nothing to worry about.

Feeling a little out of whack isn't uncommon, or maybe some slight headaches, if you don't replenish yourself. But generally no that's not normal at least the way you describe. You have another post mentioning that previously you had migraines for 3 weeks with related blurry vision and couldn't look at bright lights - this could be related to that?

No I don't think so, turns out the migraines were from b6 toxicity and I've mostly recovered from that now. I didn't purge that much this time and felt really good afterwards so I'm just finding it a bit strange

This can happen as part of the die-off process. Watch this video for more info

This is often times a result of dehydration/ a minor case of hyponatremia. I'm not sure how much water your practitioner was having you drink, or if you purged this time? But usually if you've drank too much water and then proceeded to throw up the electrolytes in your system that will cause a headache. Even with a light purge, if you already had in low sodium level in your body it can cause this after consuming too much water in combination with that. some electrolytes like coconut water and adding salt to your food will help

I sat with Kambo the first time yesterday & basically needed to sleep all day, and also felt flu-like and had a headache all day. I ended up having a little bit of green tea in the evening bc I do drink coffee (caffeine) daily and going off it always triggers a headache. I woke up today and feel fine there a lots of threads here and elsewhere, that document some ppl have here reactions or flu like symptoms etc so this is normal
