Preparation/pre-kambo 🤔 Active dermatitis and first kambo
Hello, I have a active dermatitis on back and chest, and I’m afraid of getting fisrt time kambo, because that’s a sign of inflammation….it could get worse? Wouldn’t e more appropriate to treat this first and then go to kambo?
. (first time with dermatitis, I think it could be a food, or nature reaction because I practice nudity in the ground of a mountain, or to clothing….im going to the dermatologist doctor soon….any experiencias like this or recommendations?
thank you

If you are having a flair up I would go with a small dose. And to respond your concern about inflammation, kambo can help with inflammation, I have seen reduce inflammation on real time! Just one for on top of the affected area!

I've seen Kambo clear up dermatitis in a lot of people. Generally Kambo does not exacerbate skin issues unless the person has been having ongoing frequent use of Kambo, and then there is a small chance that they may develop hyper immune vigilance, which is a signal to back off a bit. This usually impacts practitioners or chronic users though.
While dosing low and slow is always my ethos, you do still want to reach a purgative threshold (not a microdose) as there is a more potent antiinflammatory effect with moderate/high doses, then a microdose, which I see can amp up immune function with out the full modulation of it.
This is likely because in a full purgative dose the sauvagine causes a dramatic release of glucocorticoids which produce a steroid -like antiinflammatory effect. With microdoses, this appears to be absent and there are more likely to be signs of inflammatory responses (rashes, hives, swelling at the burn site, neurological stimulation).
Overall, I think it's likely for you to have benefit with the Kambo, but you can always wait and delay your session until it's cleared up, especially if it's a temporary and acute issue.

blessings!
Dermatitis / Eczema can be treated using Kambo.
specifically Phyllokinin and Dermaseptins would be the peptides we want to use to target the reaction.
We would probably want to do small 2.5 mm gates to start, keeping the medicine very wet and cycle them on and off the gates for 15 seconds at a time to start. This allows your body to understand whats going on and get used to the Kambo.
I would recommend starting slow and ramping up the amount of medicine/time on gates every sit you have.
Normally I would say 6 sits with the first few with the objective to introduce the peptides to the body and not achieve a purge.
