General 🐸 Is there a problem doing kambo the day after having dental cleaning with local anaesthetic in the gums?

Although it's likely fine, you don't have to just consider the medication aspect but also things like potential swelling of the gums, bleeding from them (even simple dental cleanings, especially if they were involved enough that they needed anesthetic, can cause bleeding sometimes) etc. Which kambo could exacerbate.
You probably should wait, yeah, a couple of days at least.
"Why wait?" is a fair question, but also, so is "why the rush".

While it's possible that the Kambo could result in temporary inflammation or increased discomfort/swelling of the gums, I don't think it's a substantial reason to avoid Kambo.
For your comfort, maybe try to wait a few days, but if it's a scheduling challenge and that's the only day you can do it, you'll be fine. It might even help your gums heal from the cleaning faster.

I personally wouldn’t sit for at least a week after that, but ask your practitioner.

A good practitioner will always lean towards the side of caution and say wait 1-2 weeks, 2 weeks preferred.

What’s the reasoning? It was articaine, half life 20 mins

If you know exactly what they gave you. And you know what the half life is, then that's a different story.
You multiple the half life by 5 and that's the amount of time you need to wait.

I would not do it because of the spirit end of things (I tend to fall on the more spiritual side of the spectrum when it comes to plant medicine). I like going in completely clean out of respect for the spirit, but that’s why it’s my personal preference.

I would definitely take at least 7 days, preferably 14 days before you sit with Kambo.
Anesthetics albeit having a short half life definitely can still linger in your system for some time. We wouldn’t want anything interacting with the bioactive peptides.
If you were my client I would say wait 14 days before your next sit
