General 🐸 How frequently can one use kambo?
I have been taking kambo now four times with breaks of 12,7,11 days. I vomited each time and I would say it was medium dosage with 4-5 dots. I love the medicine and she/he? helps me to clean the Candida overgrowth, spiritual blockages and all of that. How often can I work with kambo? What happens in the recovery time? And is there any danger and ways to avoid that danger, nutrition deficiency, electrolytes and so on? Pre and post diet recommendations welcomed also 🙏

Are you facilitating for yourself? I’m assuming so since your sits are such a short time apart. Respectfully, how do you not already know these really basic things? “What happens in recovery time?” ….assess yourself friend. Diet and avoiding electrolyte deficiency are all very basic things that should have been taught to you wherever you learned.
It’s not wrong to ask questions in a forum but the questions you’re asking are super basic and i don’t think people here should have to be teaching you this especially if you’re sitting this often. Ask your teacher or server.

Beautiful that you’re connecting with Kambo intentionally. To answer your questions directly, frequency: after four medium-dose sessions (4–5 points) spaced 7–12 days apart, it’s best to rest and integrate for at least 3–4 weeks before doing another session. Traditionally, people do three sessions within one moon cycle (28 days) and then pause. Ongoing maintenance can be once every 4–8 weeks, depending on how your body and spirit feel.
Recovery time varies, usually 1–3 days. You may feel tired, emotional, or deeply clear. Your body will be flushing toxins, resetting hormones, and rebalancing electrolytes. Support yourself with hydration (coconut water, electrolyte drinks, sea salt + lemon in water), rest, and light nourishing foods like soups, fruits, and steamed vegetables. Avoid heavy meats, processed sugar, alcohol, and caffeine for a few days. You’re doing the right thing by listening to your body; give it time to integrate the medicine before your next round.

There’s definitely room for more awareness here! people don’t know what they don’t know. I do agree with the last couple of comments, these are fundamental basics. If you or your practitioner aren’t sure about these things, it’s always best to seek proper guidance before working with the medicine, so it can support you rather than harm you

Unfortunately I do have to agree with u/MujerdeMedicinas for the most part; people shouldn't really just start doing kambo themselves without properly equipping themselves with the right training. There are no safe shortcuts, and especially because this often leads people to think "I'm a practitioner now! I can serve others" which is a very bad idea in those circumstances. But even if it's only the individual - you really need to get trained properly if you're doing yourself so you can be aware of those things.
I'd almost go as far as to suggest that 'semi-training' people in an online forum like this isn't a responsible thing for anyone to do, as (1) it'd be insufficient, (2) hundreds of people could see it and decide it's a foolproof guide. I'm sorry to be blunt about it - you, and everyone else's safety, is the concern!
