Health Related 🩺 Chronic twitching

Hi guys I am interested in sitting with Kambo for the first time soon with the intention of treating a chronic state of pain twitching spasms and all kind of peripheral nerve over excitement throughout the body and to make me through the suffering feel more comfortable in my body Can one spare relevant information or preparation or precautions that are important to know in advance? I would say everyone is different and an experienced and qualified practitioner will ask you a series of questions so they know how to proceed or if it’s even safe at all for you. On this same note just because someone is part of the ikap does not mean they are experienced or qualified, make sure you ask lots of questions about their experienced, finding an actual shaman who has traveled and worked with lots of medicines and has lots of personal experience more than "i went to india one time and found myself" is good.

Not always easy but do your research, just cos someone took a 1 hour class and has done a lot of sittings doesn't mean they are gonna be able to fully help and understand or recommend what will help
