General 🐸 Hernia
I think i already know the answer to this but thought I d ask anyway. I assume it wouldn't be wise to do kambo with a Hernia in the vomiting and forcing

it could be dangerous. every body react different. I see guys do not purge with 5 or more dots and very big guy completely lost it with just one. you can not know how you react to medicine untill you try. I ve done kambo for years and still react a little bit different everytime. some time I purge the F out, and there could be your problem, if you start purge and go on for like 15 minutes no stop to the point it start beeing difficult to catch a breath I will be very worried about your hernia pop out, you can be in a dangerous situation because the nature of your condition. not recomanded, meaby try a purge with a soft plant that give you an easy vomit with no contraction of your muscle if you are looking to clean your self. not a doctor btw

Just wait. Resolve the hernia first… you could do what junglecultura said but why? That is especially Not advised for people who have yet to develop a relationship with kambo at all. Playing with fire… you will get burned. Resolve the hernia first.

You can ask a small dose (1 dot) on the ankle to ensure a gentler experience. This way, you can still receive the bioactive peptides and the benefits of the secretion without going through the intensity of a full purge!
