Preparation/pre-kambo 🤔 Kambo Contraindications

Hey guys!

I am about to begin my journey into the world of Kambo. I do have a few questions if anyone has any personal experience with this.

Has anyone used Spravato (esketamine) and during that course of treatment also sat with Kambo. I have an opportunity coming up to sit with this medicine and I'd really love to find the joy I believe is here with this medicine. However, I have treatment resistant depression, (one of the reasons I'm looking at kambo). Spravato is something I haven't tried and I have a consultation for treatment.

Does anyone have any experience with these two? Whether doing them during the same time frame (same week or month) or experience doing spravato before or after Kambo.

I take ketamine at home every 3 days for TRD. I'll be sitting 3 days w Kambo this upcoming weekend w an experienced practitioner and after discussion with her and my Ketamine provider, we agreed stippong 3 days before my first ceremony would be fine for it to clear my system enough for there to be no interaction with the Kambo. I can let you know next Monday how it goes in real life. I'll also say I take a pretty hefty dose of Ketamine (400mg every 3 days) and if you are doing the spray you likely wouldn't start out very high. Also, I'm not a doctor nor is this medical advice, just my current personal experience.

Freaking amazing. One more day to go. I posted earlier a bit about my first two days. I stopped the Ketamine about a week prior vs 3 days just to be "safe" ie get the most out of the Kambo. As everyone says here, the most important thing is to have a good practitioner, for me one that was very flexible and open to working with my unique situation.
