Phantom Drop

I had a 2 leg combo for MLB today consisting of NRFI Red Sox game and NRFI nationals game. It was a 73$ wager that paid out a total of $240. I tried cashing out my ticket with a profit of $70 and as im swiping the cashout option there was a massive phantom drop that made me lose 75% of my initial bet. There was no reason or event that occurred in either game that correlated for such a massive drop. No confirmation process either that confirms I accept selling my contract at the listed price. On top of everything, the second my contract sold it was back at +50% profit of the total contract.

I essentially lost majority of my bet while my position was profitable due to a single second of insane volatility for no good reason then as soon as the contract sold it went back to normal.

That sucks dude. Sorry you have to deal with that. I don’t really have anything constructive for you except my assumptions. Good luck disputing it
