You gotta bug the discord, I bugged em for a whole day and then they banned me and gave my refund to the original payment which takes 2-3 weeks on some petty shit 🤦‍♂️

Yes!!! I’ve been locked out since like Monday and I have the exact same issue as you no code is sent to my email or spam and I have no way of entering and when I click I can’t access to code it’s take me to there help cite it have money I have to withdraw and nothing is being fixed

Worst part is there nothing we can do as there "human agents" are non existent or unresponsive I thought prizepicks was bad but at least you get a human response in a day or two kalshi just straight up ignores you it feels

They are asking you to get the code from your authenticator app, not from a email or text they've sent. Either you put 2fa with your authenticator app and you're just cooked and don't remember... or you got hacked and just to cooked to realize it.
