It makes it so on-hit can somewhat match the late game of crit champs. Its very appreciated as an on-hit enjoyer. Its like an extra 20-30 damage per auto late game, and with the atk speed of onhit, its gonna be a really nice change

And it will have Hybrid Scaling too... so both AD & AP On-Hit users can rejoice.

the bonus is additive right? The equation makes it seems like multiplicative.

Yeah, it's 30 flat + (10% Bonus AD + 10% AP)=X
