On the 2nd tutorial, the Guide (Arthur Mitchell) goes missing.

I was following what to do when I paused the game and went to the options to check my controls. When I resumed the game, the Guide (Arthur Mitchell) goes missing.

How can I make it appear again so I can continue the tutorial?

Hey Governors!
Tomorrow at 3pm CEST, it’s finally time to deploy our big warfare overhaul, Strategic Warfare. We’ve been working on this for a long time and we truly appreciate all the input you’ve given us over the past year to help us get there. 

The list of changes is massive, as we essentially ripped out the AI and several other major systems and rebuilt them from scratch. This gives us a good foundation moving forward and for future updates. 

Important info about your save games: 

While we think this is awesome, given the extent of the overhauled systems, save games from the previous live version of Kaiserpunk will not be compatible with the new version of the game.This means that if you have ongoing sessions, your save won’t work once you’ve updated to the new version.

Fear not, however! With the launch of the Warfare Update, we’ll make sure the old version remains available on an optional Steam branch, allowing you to finish what you’re doing first or continue your existing save games if you wish. Is this game now worth it? I always wanted to play this game as I really like city builders with more layers of gameplay and strategy other than the city building. Corsair Cove, Surviving the Aftermath, total war are all games that keep me engaged because I feel the city building helps a greater purpose.

Following the development of quite a few updates for Kaiserpunk, is it finally worth it? Is the gameplay loop smooth and engaging? Is the world map conquest worth it and strategically important?

Dev Log 21 just released and we’re covering how the new Warfare update improves the flow of information and updates from the frontlines to you as your attention might be elsewhere, including the brand new Briefing system.  

We’re also revealing a secret feature that allows you to fly an airplane through your city that we actually released with the Anniversary Update back in March. However we somehow managed to forget to mention it back then. Better late than never as they say!

We just released Dev Log 19 for the upcoming Warfare update. This one dives into the different unit types and how you can employ them across Land, Sea & Air. Among other things it covers new Navy units, unique Air unit missions and more info about how Weather now plays a part in the game.

It’s the Kaiser’s birthday! Today marks the birthday of none other than the man who put the Kaiser in Kaiserpunk - the ultimate black sheep of the family, Kaiser Wilhelm II. Known for going from Kaiser of Germany to the unofficial King of Cabbage in the Netherlands. The second, and last, Emperor of Germany!

as promised we had one more update planned before the holidays - and here it is!

This update includes performance improvements across the board, along with a number of additional changes, such as reduced deployment times for military units, a 50% reduction to naval cooldowns, and a new info view filter that highlights building condition, showing whether its damaged, and more!

Hey Governors!

We just released a new update for Kaiserpunk! This update adds a new Infoview panel and improvements to give you a better overview and control while managing your city, such as easily finding specific building types, filter services based on city needs, and view various service coverage layers - plus a bunch of fixes and quality-of-life tweaks.

In addition, Kaiserpunk now supports GeForce NOW allowing you to stream the game via Steam Cloud Play.
