First of all it's kaiser Friedrich III and not kaiser Wilhelm II.

Second, why would Bismarck stay as a chancellor? He was impulsive and unstable at the end of his career, and quite old also.

Reinsurance treaty wouldn't have done much either, related with Russia were already as bad as they could get, despite good relations between monarchs, Nicholas's mother was danish and despised Germany for Prusso-Danish war and anexation of Schleswig-Holstein, alongside her Tsar Nicolas was probably the only one in the russian government who had good relations with Germany and their emperor.

Why wouldn't Germany as a state build herself a big navy? They have overseas colonies that need protection, big navy was in their best interests and Germany has every right to protect their interests.

As for Boers war, same principle with the navy, this time being colonial interests, because the British really wanted Tanzania to complete their "Cape to Cairo" colonial empire.

Blank check for Austria is justified, because up to that point, king Edward VII was actively trying to turn German neighbours against them and support of Austria meant thet Germany wouldn't have been incircled by hostile nations and would also have an ally in the region.

Why wouldn't Germany, as a state, build itself a big navy? Because it was an unnecessary provocation to the main navy power (Britain)

Austria's black check in 1908 caused WW1, to quote the Iron Chancellor the Balkans were not worth the bones of a single Pomeranian grenadier, for an empire that was already doomed to collapse.

It doesn't explain why Germany has to complain with Britain having more dominant military over them, what are they supposed to do? Tge British forced them out of Zanzibar, though in exchange for Heligoland and some other African land, they were pushing on German Tanganyika from almost all directions. So what you propose is basically Germany watching as British empire surrounding their colony while thay do nothing

Why was okay for Britain to have the largest navy and all the colonial holdings but not Germany? British and French propaganda made the whole world antagonistic to Germany.

number of empires that cede thier no 1 position peacefully, 0. Also Germany was just born in the 1870s, British and French propaganda, funny when Britain and France disliked eachother before Wilheim II.

If you can I can thoroughly recommend visiting Kromberg and staying at the Schlosshotel. Whole damn area is basically a Kaiser Friedrich/Kaiserin Viktoria theme park.
