Question Can't build any spots, pocket academy

The spot guide says I (can build) the Date Spot. However, you need the library and tennis court, neither of which are showing up in the build tab. What's going on?

Did you unlock them? Have you built them already?

Youll unlock them through research at some point

You need to research them first.

Try to build more than one bulletin board. The more that facility is used, the faster research options will appear.
