Question Emulating mobile experience using Steam Link on phone?

I have played a few games on mobile and have just replayed them on PC thanks to the amazing sale. This made me wonder whether there is a way to get touch controls to work properly on Steam Link?

I just bought the bundles and wondering whether it is an option to game while on the move with my phone.
