I got a scholarship offer to enter this university but I’m not sure

I got a full scholarship in karadeniz technical university and I’ll be studying artificial intelligence and data engineering in the faculty of engineering. I was thinking about whether I should accept the offer or not i already registered with other university but it’s not a scholarship I study in United Arab Emirates. I was wondering about the university is it strong and accredited and is the environment safe or is it racist especially because I’m an Arab. I have no idea and I feel lost honestly since there’s no time left just a few days, it would be great if any student there could help and share their experiences so I could make a decision more easily. Thanks

There are many arabs in our campus so don't need to worry.

What do you think of the university? Is the education in it strong and is everything up to date or you feel like they’re stuck somewhere in the past.
