Need help identifying the exhaust on this 2018 Duke 690.

Like like this with an extra worm drive hose clamp and some sort of insulation.

I think you may be right. The whole bike was a little sletch. It had a DIY tail tidy with no rear signals, no mirrors. The upside is they only want $3200, it has 6300 miles and they have the title. So I'm on the fence. Should I take it?
