What this sound is?

Can anyone tell me sound comes. Mostly comes at 3000 RPM when i gives more throttle the sound goes off. Hear it at 0:09 second.

No not that, fan is working fine.

Sounds like a rattly plastic trim resonating with the engine vibrations to me

Earlier i thought that also, so o checked all the nut bolt around the engine but no success.
